Causey Emails

Emails from Causey come From "no-reply@missionmet.center". This email address should be set to "allow" on your organization(s) servers, if possible. Ideally, the "causey.app" domain should be set as not SPAM.

If you are not receiving messages from Causey, first check your SPAM folder, then check to ensure you've invited the correct email address, or contact your IT system administrator.

Occasionally, Causey's email service provider will receive a "bounce" or "SPAM" notification from your email server which will result in future emails to your organization or an individual at your organization no longer receiving emails. If that is the case, the only way to resolve the issue is to create a support request for our technical team to review and mitigate.
