Organization Launch Status

Launching an organization indicates that your team is ready to start executing your strategic plan. When launched, members will be eligible to receive automated emails detailing progress on various aspects of your plan. The following is a list of emails that will be enabled once you launch your organization:

  • Goal progress update notifications and requests -  these emails encourage team members to score goals in the organization's active plan.

  • Metric measurement notifications and requests - these emails encourage team members to update metric measurements.

  • Weekly organization look-ahead - these emails highlight upcoming or past due goals and action items.
  • Monthly planning updates - these emails remind team members to look at the plan each month.

How to change your launch status:

Step 1:

After logging in, select the drop-down menu in the top navigation bar and then select Settings.

Step 2:

Find the Organization Launch Status section and check the corresponding checkbox, don't forget to save your changes!
