Reports

The Reports application contains a variety of reports you can run that detail the progress you and your team are making on your strategic plan. (Please note this feature is not available to Basic subscribers.)

To access Reports, use the top left navigation drop-down menu and select "Reports."

Several report types are available:

• Goal Progress Reports (by User or by Goal)
  • Goal Progress Reports contain an ordered list of every goal progress update made on a given goal over the selected reporting period. You can select a report by user or by goal. These reports include details like the goal status, the date the update was provided, and any notes that were provided along with the update.
  • The following reporting periods are available for Goal Progress Reports:
    • This Month
    • Last Month
    • This Quarter
    • Last Quarter
    • Last Year
    • Fiscal YTD
• Goal Charts
  • Goal Charts Reports show a breakdown of your goals by Goal Status. Goal charts can be generated from this month, last month, or last quarter.
• Goal Metric Details
  • Goal Metrics provide information about progress on any metrics that you have assigned to Goals within your active plan.
  • The following reporting periods are available for Goal Metric Details Reports:
    • This Month
    • Last Month
    • This Quarter
    • Last Quarter
    • Last Year
    • Fiscal YTD

Any report can be downloaded as a PDF using the button in the top right of the report.
